Elton Crawford, Senior Consultant
Elton Crawford is a professional and goal oriented leader with thirty years of operational experience, enabling operational performance improvements in a variety of government and private organizations. His vast experience in achieving superior results within large, complex organizations like the United States Department of Defense, his Six Sigma certification and most recently the University of Arizona, make him uniquely qualified and skilled in helping clients direct, design, and develop strategies to enhance business operations. As a Veteran, Elton has enjoyed working at University of Arizona, as the Parking and Transportation Services, Assistant Director for Operations where he has a proven track record of leading in innovation and implementation of new parking technology on campus. In 2019 - 2020, Elton led his team’s transition from an analog based ride management system to a real-time passenger information, automated platform; his work earned him and his team the prestigious award for “Innovation in a Mobility, Transportation or Parking Program'' from the International Parking and Mobility Institute (IPMI) for improving performance of a critical transportation service program. In the past four years, he has continued to pursue various solutions aimed at enhancing situational awareness, boosting staff capability, efficiencies, and improving performance for his team. Elton remains at the forefront of integrating and maximizing the use of License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology. In 2021, after discovering the many challenges facing parking professionals with effective use of LPR technology, he established Operational Performance Solutions, LLC, (LPR OPS); consulting to help others gain and sustain operational performance excellence.
Alan Remick, Operations Consultant
Alan Remick is one of our senior operations professionals, with over 33 years of frontline security and enforcement experience. He has operated in highly complex and demanding environments with much success, first with 20 years at the Pima County Sheriff's Department and then 14 years as a Parking Enforcement Officer and Manager at a major Tucson, AZ university. In both capacities, Alan was responsible for integrating various technology systems to provide time-sensitive data and top level performance. Alan is self-driven and results-oriented leader who is also and excellent coach and trainer. We are pleased to introduce Alan to you and he is ready to help find your path to success.

Sean Bailey, LPR Unit, Specialize Consultant
After a thriving 29 year career as a frontline law enforcement with Tucson Police Department and Parking Enforcement Officer for a major Tucson, AZ university; Operational Performance Solutions, LLC (LPR OPS) was pleased to welcome Sean Bailey to the team. Having operated in various police cruisers and LPR units, as well as serving as a Field Training Officer and Instructor, Sean has absolutely mastered the skills of using the latest technology and equipment. He stands ready to help coach, train and assist your individual LPR operators and organization to achieve proficiency and maximize the capability of these systems.
Lorraine Padilla, LPR Consultant and Trainer
We welcome Lorraine to Operational Performance Solutions, LLC
(LPR OPS) as one of our youngest team members who possesses extensive knowledge and skill in operating LPR units for a major AZ University. Lorraine obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Eller College in 2020 and has plans to achieve an MBA. As a Parking Enforcement Officer, Lorraine quickly grasped LPR technology and excelled in her performance, becoming the organization’s top-performing officer in less than 6 months. Lorraine’s exceptional performance as an LPR operator, superior communications skills and demonstrated leadership potential earned her a promotion to Lead Supervisor for the Dispatch operational unit. While in this role, she has gained valuable knowledge and experience on back-end LPR and Information Management systems for parking operations. Lorraine is an outstanding coach, leader, and trainer. She is ready to share and pass on her knowledge to address any questions you may have, ensuring that you succeed.
Zachary Crawford, Marketing Manager
We are pleased to welcome Zachary to our Operational Performance Solutions, LLC. team as our new Marketing Manager. Zachary currently attends the University of Arizona, Eller Business College where he is pursuing his passion in Marketing. In developing our new brand, Zachary has already brought his fresh and insightful views to help develop our strategic plan. His 4 years of experience while working as a business analyst for one of the largest parking providers in Arizona, along with sales production for Symmetry Financial Group, makes Zachary a great fit for communicating our products and services to the parking community. We are excited for Zachary's help in launching our new brand throughout the parking industry and reaching those clients who can benefit from our partnership.
